What I've been up to

I've recently launched version 6 of this website and Carousel Pilot, two projects that were in my mind for a while. I'm also maintaining iPhanpy with monthly-ish updates.
My wife and I are slowly exploring the area around our new home in Lecco, Italy. So many cool things to discover!
I just started swimming again, after exactly 10 months of not doing it (since my move). I still got the hang of it but my stamina is not the same lol
I'm also constantly journaling in Obsidian, and even built some automations around it for weekly overviews, mood dashboard, useless but fun stuff like that.

Watching

The Sopranos — just finished Season 5, which was my favorite so far. Just one more season to go!
South Park — I didn't watch this much in the past, but recently watched all seasons and am in the middle of a rewatch. Definitely has its ups and downs but it's a pretty funny show.

Playing

Baldur's Gate 3 (PS5) — almost finishing it. The story is genuinely special, but I'm not a fan of the rest. Still pushing to the end just to see what happens, though.
EA FC 26 (PS5) — this game sucks but I just love the fantasy of the Player Career mode. I play it mostly as an RPG of sorts. It's also way easier to play in shorter sessions, so I play it whenever I don't have enough time to play BG3.
World of Warcraft Classic (Mac) — I didn't like the latest expansion, but Azeroth is still like a second home to me, so I sometimes fire this one up to relax for a bit. Exploration was at its peak back then. Currently leveling a Dwarf Hunter.

Listening

Currently a bit obsessed with Come Closer (TOMORA) and Lonely People with Power (Deafheaven).
Forever obsessed with Iron Maiden, so I'm always listening to it.

Reading

I'm not really a fan of reading books, but I recently started re-reading The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy before bed to wind down every day. It's been fun ;)

Excited about

There's an Iron Maiden concert happening June 17th in Milan, which is gonna be the 4th one I'm able to attend 😊
