It's meant to highlight the stuff in my life I'm currently in contact with, in any way. If anything, it dictates the context behind other stuff I might post here ;)

What I've been up to

  • My wife and I are slowly exploring the area around our new home in Lecco, Italy. So many cool things to discover!
  • I started swimming again, after exactly 10 months off (since my move). My current pace is around 1400m in 60 minutes, though I'm working on improving it 💪
  • I'm also constantly journaling in Obsidian, and even built some automations around it for weekly overviews, mood dashboard, useless but fun stuff like that.

Watching

My wife and I usually have a lunchtime and a nighttime TV show that we keep up with. We have trouble deciding to invest a lot of time into a new series, so more often than not we are rewatching something we've loved before.

  • Mr Robot — my favorite show ever, currently on my 4th rewatch.
  • Community — watching for the second time. Loved it the first time but don't remember much about it.
  • Jet Lag: The Game - Japanorama — we loved Jet Lag and are watching the current season as it airs, weekly!

Playing

  • Pokopia (Switch 2) — Having a gay ol' time with this game. It's so relaxing but at the same time offers you so much to do. And it has Pokémon!
  • World of Warcraft Classic (Mac) — I didn't like the latest expansion, but Azeroth is still like a second home to me, so I sometimes fire this one up to relax for a bit. Exploration was at its peak back then. Currently leveling a Forsaken Rogue.

Listening

  • I'm a bit too much into Clair Obscur: Expedition 33's soundtrack currently.

Reading

  • Currently reading The Great Gatsby. It's not a book that would usually interest me, but I watched the Broadway musical a couple years ago and was so amazed by it that I now want to see what the original material was like.
  • Recently finished 1984 and was emotionally wrecked by it.
